1.4 Data Retention. Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Project-related data is retained for a maximum of 5 years following project completion to comply with tax and accounting obligations under Spanish law. 3.1 Scope. This refund policy governs all copywriting services provided by swiftcopyhub from its registered office at Carrer de Ferran 24, Barcelona, Ciutat Vella, España. It applies to all service agreements, retainer contracts, and one-off project commissions.

3.2 Project Milestones. All projects exceeding 500€ are structured around defined milestones. Payment is collected in installments aligned to these milestones. If a project is cancelled by the client after a milestone has been completed and delivered, that milestone's payment is non-refundable.

3.3 Full Refund Eligibility. A full refund of any deposits or advance payments is available if: (a) swiftcopyhub fails to deliver the agreed scope of work within the contracted timeline due to reasons solely attributable to swiftcopyhub; (b) The client cancels the project before any work has commenced, provided written notice is received within 48 hours of payment.

3.4 Partial Refund Eligibility. Partial refunds may be issued proportionally to undelivered work when: (a) A project is cancelled mid-execution and delivered work is proportionally less than payments received; (b) The delivered work materially deviates from the agreed project brief and swiftcopyhub is unable to resolve the discrepancy within a reasonable revision cycle (maximum 3 revision rounds).

3.5 Revision Policy. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, communicated in advance. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

3.6 Non-Refundable Items. The following are non-refundable: (a) Completed and delivered milestones; (b) Rush fees and expedited delivery surcharges; (c) Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., stock photography licensing, specialized research subscriptions); (d) Retainer fees for services already rendered during the billing period.

3.7 Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval via the original payment method. EU consumers are entitled to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts as per Directive 2011/83/EU, provided no work has commenced.

4.1 Acceptance. By engaging swiftcopyhub's services, the client ("Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. swiftcopyhub, registered at Carrer de Ferran 24, Barcelona, Ciutat Vella, España, provides professional copywriting services subject to the terms herein.

4.2 Service Agreement. All engagements begin with a written project brief and a corresponding proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. A project is considered commissioned upon Client approval of the proposal and receipt of the initial payment.

4.3 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for delivered copy are transferred to the Client. swiftcopyhub retains the right to display delivered work in its portfolio and case studies unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement. Pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, and tools used during project execution remain the intellectual property of swiftcopyhub.

4.4 Confidentiality. swiftcopyhub undertakes to treat all Client information, project details, and business strategies as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years. The Client agrees to reciprocate in kind regarding swiftcopyhub's proprietary processes and pricing structures.

4.5 Payment Terms. Invoices are issued as per the agreed milestone schedule and are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8 percentage points above the ECB reference rate, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU on late payments. swiftcopyhub reserves the right to suspend all ongoing work if payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

4.6 Limitation of Liability. swiftcopyhub's total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. swiftcopyhub shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunities.

4.7 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks. The affected party must notify the other within 48 hours of the force majeure event.

4.8 Termination. Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is liable for all work completed up to the termination date. swiftcopyhub will deliver all completed work within 7 business days of termination notice.

4.9 Governing Law. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, España.

4.10 Amendments. swiftcopyhub reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of services after the amendment period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
